You pay a 20% deposit to secure the booking when you confirm. The remaining balance is settled on the day of the job.

Rural and market-town coverage is strong wherever drivers are based locally. Cotswolds villages, the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales, commuter-belt towns like Guildford, St Albans and Sevenoaks. Because drivers are already near the pickup, round-trip route time stays proportionate rather than inflating with a long dispatch leg.
For London bookings: ULEZ and the congestion charge zone are included in the route pricing. Residents’ parking restrictions and conservation-area access are worth flagging in the booking notes so the driver can plan accordingly.
