Rumsam lies on Barnstaple’s southern side within Barnstaple, a residential area transitioning to countryside. Housing includes established family homes and some properties with more rural character.
The area’s edge-of-town position provides access to both urban amenities and open countryside. Most moves here are straightforward.
We regularly help customers moving between Rumsam and Bickington, Forches, Derby, Newport, and Tawstock. The Rumsam area has residential housing, while the southern edges become more rural. The setting appeals to those wanting green space and countryside walks within reach of town.
We operate throughout Barnstaple and North Devon, supporting moves across the region. Here are some other areas we operate in around Barnstaple.
