Derby lies on Barnstaple’s southern approaches within Barnstaple, where the town meets open countryside. Housing includes established family homes, some older properties, and rural cottages on the edges.
The area’s position on the town boundary means varied character. Some streets feel suburban, while others have more rural appeal.
We regularly help customers moving between Derby and Bickington, Tawstock, Forches, Newport, and Pilton. The Derby Road area has residential housing, while the lanes towards Tawstock become more rural. The setting appeals to those wanting countryside access with town convenience nearby.
We operate throughout Barnstaple and North Devon, supporting moves across the region. Here are some other areas we operate in around Barnstaple.
