Gunn lies south of Barnstaple, a rural area where the town gives way to open countryside. Housing includes farmhouses, cottages, and converted agricultural properties.
The area’s position on the town’s rural edge provides countryside living with urban access. Most properties have reasonable access via country lanes.
We regularly help customers moving between Gunn and Tawstock, Bickington, Derby, Forches, and Newport. The scattered properties attract those seeking rural character, and the proximity to Barnstaple provides convenient access to services and employment. The peaceful setting rewards those seeking escape from busier areas.
We operate throughout Barnstaple and North Devon, supporting moves across the region. Here are some other areas we operate in around Barnstaple.
