Goudhurst sits on a hilltop south of Tunbridge Wells, a village with exceptional views and character. Housing includes timber-framed buildings, Georgian properties, Victorian homes and characterful cottages around the church and High Street.
If you’re moving from a cottage on the High Street or relocating from a property with Weald views, a man and van handles village moves with expertise. The hilltop position offers stunning panoramas.
Local moves frequently connect to Lamberhurst, Cranbrook, Sissinghurst, Horsmonden and Matfield. Residents leaving properties near the church or village centre coordinate around narrow street access. The area sees moves from characterful properties while homes with views attract discerning buyers. Whether transporting furniture from a timber-framed house or clearing items from near the green, understanding gradient helps. Properties throughout the village benefit from outstanding views.
