Man with a Van & House Removals

Loose lies south of Maidstone, a historic village set in the Loose Valley Conservation Area. Housing includes period cottages, Victorian properties, characterful homes and some modern developments along the valley.

If you’re moving from a cottage near the stream or relocating from a house on Loose Road, a man and van handles village moves with care. The valley setting requires understanding of narrow lane access.

Local moves frequently head to Tovil, Boughton Monchelsea, Coxheath, Linton and Senacre. Residents leaving properties on Well Street or near the village centre coordinate around valley traffic. The area around Cave Hill sees moves from period properties while homes near the conservation area attract those seeking village character. Whether transporting furniture from a historic cottage or clearing items from near the stream, understanding gradient helps. Properties along Old Loose Hill benefit from countryside views. The area around Kirkdale and Salts Avenue sees periodic moves.

We cover all of Maidstone and surrounding villages. Here are some other areas we operate in around Maidstone.
