Thrumster lies south of Wick in Caithness, part of the Highlands region. This small village features traditional stone cottages, former crofting houses, and newer family homes along the main road and surrounding farmland.
Residents often need help with house moves, furniture deliveries, or clearances of properties. A man and van service suits the compact village housing and scattered rural properties where local drivers familiar with Caithness roads provide efficient service.
Many moves from Thrumster connect to Wick for shopping and services or Thurso for different amenities. Families relocating further afield consider Tain, Dornoch, or Golspie along the east coast route south. Properties along the A99 through the village and side roads to outlying crofts see steady turnover. The wind farms nearby have brought some housing demand, and moves often involve coordinating with Alness for longer journeys.
We cover moves throughout Caithness and the wider Highland area. Here are some other areas we operate in around Highlands.
