Man with a Van & House Removals

Downley lies north of High Wycombe on elevated ground, a sought-after residential area with village character. Housing includes period cottages, Victorian properties, inter-war homes and later family housing set around the common and village centre.

If you’re moving from a cottage near the common or relocating from a house on Plomer Green Lane, a man and van handles village moves with care. The elevated position offers good views but requires understanding of gradient access.

Local moves frequently link to Terriers, Totteridge, Hughenden, Micklefield and Hazlemere. Residents leaving properties on Commonside or near the school coordinate around village traffic. The area around Plomer Hill sees moves from established properties while homes near Downley Common attract those seeking green space. Whether transporting furniture from a period property on School Close or clearing items from near the pub, understanding narrow lanes helps. Properties along Kiln Lane benefit from Chiltern access. The area around The Common and Moor Lane sees regular family moves.

We support moves throughout High Wycombe and surrounding villages. Here are some other areas we operate in around High Wycombe.
