Armthorpe has grown significantly east of Doncaster, new housing expanding around the traditional village core. Properties range from older terraces to modern family estates.
The village’s expansion means varied housing ages and styles. Most areas have good access, and the main roads connect easily to Doncaster.
Local moves frequently connect Armthorpe with Edenthorpe, Hatfield, Intake, Cantley, and Bessacarr. Church Street has the traditional village centre, while the surrounding estates offer family homes. Nutwell Lane and Mere Lane have varied housing, and the village retains local shops and community facilities despite its growth.
