Local drivers across every neighbourhood
Tan-y-Lan forms a residential neighbourhood east of Colwyn Bay centre, positioned between Old Colwyn and the hillside. The area features a mix of post-war housing, modern family estates, and some older properties, creating an established community with good access to local amenities and schools.
Whether you’re moving into an estate property, relocating from a family home, or clearing a house, a man and van provides reliable support. Our drivers know the residential streets and can manage moves throughout this well-connected neighbourhood.
Local moves connect to Old Colwyn along the coast, Llysfaen in the hills, Llanddulas eastward, Mochdre inland, and Rhos-on-Sea westward. The estate roads connect to Abergele Road, while streets around the local schools see regular family relocations. The area offers convenient access to both town centre and A55.
