Sticklepath lies close to Barnstaple’s centre within Barnstaple, a residential area with good access to shops, schools, and services. Housing includes Victorian terraces, inter-war semis, and some modern developments.
The area’s central position makes moves convenient. Main roads connect easily, and most properties have reasonable access for loading.
Local moves often connect Sticklepath with Newport, Pilton, Pottington, Roundswell, and Bickington. Sticklepath Hill has a mix of housing types, while the surrounding streets offer family homes and smaller properties. The proximity to Barnstaple’s facilities attracts those wanting town convenience without living right in the centre.
We cover the whole of Barnstaple and the surrounding area. Here are some other areas we operate in around Barnstaple.
