Bradiford retains village character on Barnstaple’s eastern edge within Barnstaple, separated from the main town by the river valley. Housing includes traditional cottages, period properties, and some modern family homes.
The area’s quieter setting appeals to families seeking space. Access is good via the main road, while the village lanes require local knowledge.
We regularly help customers moving between Bradiford and Pilton, Newport, Goodleigh, Shirwell, and Bickington. The village centre has traditional properties around the water features, while Bradiford Road offers a mix of housing types. The lanes towards Goodleigh and Shirwell have rural properties, and the area’s peaceful character attracts those seeking countryside living within reach of town.
We operate throughout Barnstaple and North Devon, ready to help with moves across the region. Here are some other areas we operate in around Barnstaple.
