Copthorne lies west of Shrewsbury town centre, featuring a range of housing from Victorian properties near Copthorne Road to modern estates further out. The area’s accessibility and varied housing stock attract diverse residents, from young professionals to established families.
Most moves here involve customers changing rental properties or purchasing homes in the Shrewsbury area. Property types vary significantly, so van requirements range from medium wheelbase for flats to Luton for family homes. Access and parking conditions differ by street.
Local moves from Copthorne connect to Belle Vue, Radbrook, Meole Brace, Monkmoor, and Sutton Farm. Copthorne Road runs through the area toward the town centre, with residential roads extending toward Bicton Heath and the Welsh border. Customers moving from properties near Oxon Primary School often plan moves during school holidays. Those in the older housing along Mytton Oak Road compare drivers based on experience with varied property types. The area around Gains Park sees regular turnover from families and young couples.
