Our customer's move out of Oldfield Park was a long-haul trip with two passengers travelling alongside their luggage. Louis loaded 6 large suitcases, 5 boxes, smaller bags and backpacks into the Ford Transit in 30 minutes, everything fit neatly. The journey to the driver took just over 2 hours, with both passengers comfortable in the cab for the trip. Ground-floor pickups and dropoffs at both ends meant smooth loading and unloading, and the whole operation ran without a hitch.
Local drivers across every neighbourhood
Oldfield Park lies just south of Bath city centre, one of the most recognisable residential areas in the city. The neighbourhood features rows of Victorian terraces, many converted into flats, alongside family homes and student accommodation serving the nearby universities.
Whether you need help with a full house move, shifting furniture between flats, or clearing a property, a man and van service suits the practical needs of Oldfield Park residents. Many moves here involve navigating narrow streets and period properties with limited parking.
People moving in Oldfield Park often travel to nearby areas including Twerton, Bear Flat, Moorlands, Southdown, and Combe Down. Local drivers familiar with routes along Wellsway, the Moorland Road shops, and through to the city centre understand the area well. The streets around Triangle South and Lymore Avenue see regular moves, as do properties near the railway station. Residents value being able to compare drivers and choose the right van size for their needs. Booking is straightforward and drivers can usually accommodate flexible timing around your schedule.
We cover moves throughout the wider Bath area and beyond. Here are some other areas we operate in around Bath.
