Our customer's move from a shared house in West End to a fourth-floor flat in Perth City Centre involved careful coordination around tight staircases and limited access. Craig loaded a full bedroom and study setup, shelving units, desk, chest of drawers, bedside table, plus fifteen boxes of books and personal items, into the Transit over two hours. The narrow spiral staircase at the flat required methodical unloading, but everything made it up without a hitch. The journey took just over an hour, and by early afternoon our customer was settled into their new top-floor space with all the essentials in place.
“Craig did an amazing job! From the beginning he communicated clearly, was immensely friendly and really went above and beyond for the whole job. Dealing with a full van load and a truly ridiculous amount of stairs in the heat was a lot to ask and they did it all and still had the energy to have a laugh and chat with me, really made me feel comfortable and like my move was in good hands. Genuinley can't thank them enough, was a life saver for a last minute tricky move, especially as a disabled person. Very happy allround!”
