Man with a Van & House Removals

Thorney Island sits to the east of Portsmouth, an island in Chichester Harbour connected by a causeway. The area features military accommodation, some civilian housing, and coastal properties, in a unique setting surrounded by the harbour and nature reserves.

Whether you need help moving from military quarters or relocating from a property near the causeway, local man and van drivers can assist with moves of all sizes. From single items of furniture to complete house clearances, finding the right van and driver is straightforward.

Many residents moving within or from Thorney Island connect with areas across the region. Moves frequently link with Emsworth across the causeway, Havant to the west, Hayling Island nearby, Southsea towards the city, and Waterlooville to the north. Routes through Southbourne and along the A259 are familiar to local drivers, while access to the island requires passing the guardroom, and drivers experienced with military relocations understand the security procedures involved.

Drivers covering Thorney Island regularly handle longer journeys across Hampshire and Sussex, connecting with Chichester, Bognor Regis, and military bases throughout the South.
