Claudy is a village positioned to the south of Derry / Londonderry, set in the foothills of the Sperrin Mountains with attractive countryside surroundings. Housing includes traditional cottages, farmhouses, and modern family homes that attract buyers seeking rural living within commuting distance of the city.
Man and van services in Claudy cater to varied moving situations. Rural property moves involve navigating country lanes and farm access tracks, whilst village relocations often see families upgrading or downsizing. Furniture deliveries, agricultural clearances, and moves for commuters all generate regular demand throughout the year.
From Claudy, customers frequently move to areas we serve across the region. Drumahoe lies to the north towards Derry, whilst Strathfoyle and Eglinton provide alternative city routes. Waterside offers access to the eastern suburbs, and Newbuildings sits along the Strabane road. Local moves often follow the A6 towards Dungiven, along the country roads to Park, or via the main route towards Derry city centre. The scenic location in the Faughan Valley means many moves involve people seeking peaceful countryside living.
We provide full coverage across Derry and into the Sperrins for any size move. Here are some other areas we operate in around Derry / Londonderry.
